ICE agents' "special enforcement" forces Michigan school to shelter in place
The Canton Police Department says U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were conducting "special enforcement" in the area, prompting a nearby elementary school to enact a shelter-in-place Tuesday morning.
