Detroit PD chief speaks on reduction of homicides, new policy to release video after police shootings
Detroit and Wayne County officials announced that the city is on track to record the fewest homicides since 1966. Meanwhile, Detroit police announced that they will provide videos to the public within 45 days of critical incidents involving police shootings.
