Arsonist caught on video setting fire inside apartment building in Detroit
The Detroit Fire Investigation Division is seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating the person responsible for an arson that occurred in the early morning hours of June 9 inside an apartment complex located in the 9300 block of East Jefferson.
