The choice for Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week could not have been a difficult one.
The Lions won their third straight season opener in front of a packed and drained crowd at Ford Field in downtown Detroit, a game that managed to display why being a Lions fan is a near fatal experience every time the team takes the field.
So, what do you think -- Is it a fair money-saving move by a team that spent big to bring superstars like Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush to Detroit, or is it a cheapskate move meant to snooker fans who deserve better?
