Michigan's status as a presidential battleground is no longer in question on the eve of the election.
Don't be fooled.
The state says it's trying to avoid "chaos."
Knock on every door. Marshal every volunteer. Lodge every attack.
Of the more than 54,600 absentee ballots issued so far, nearly 38,800 have been returned.
"The message was we've gotta get Hillary elected, and we have to be sure that we're mobilizing our troops."
The audit released Thursday criticized the state's medical marijuana program for not verifying doctor certifications to combat potential fraud.

Supporters of former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick are turning to President Barack Obama for clemency.
Tim Kaine will speak to the Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights in Warren Sunday evening.
The intense battle for control of the Republican-led Michigan House will hinge on roughly 10 percent of the state's voters.
