(CBS Detroit) - Governor Gretchen Whitmer announces a free college tuition program for frontline workers.
Roughly 625,000 essential workers are qualified for the Futures for Frontliners program.
$24,000,000 of the governor's education emergency relief fund will go towards the initiative.
