Torii Hunter Says He'll Never Talk Politics Again

At the Tigers caravan Thursday, newly signed Torii Hunter took some time to address the backlash about his comments made to a publication about a gay player existing in sports today.
Hunter allegedly said as a strong Christian he would have a hard time with a gay player in the locker room.
But he knocked that down during interviews at the caravan, saying he learned a lesson from the backlash.
"I will never talk about politics, race or anything like that ever again with nobody," Hunter said. "That's not part of baseball so I'm not going to talk about it. That's crazy! Everybody knows me, you know, I'm pretty sure you have heard good things about me? That's not my style!"
