Stoney With Shawn Green
Do you remember Shawn Green? Of course you do. He spent 14 seasons in the big leagues with Toronto, Arizona, Dodgers, and Mets. He had a very good career, 382 home runs, 1,071 RBI's, with a .282 batting average. He has a book out called "The Way of Baseball, Finding Stillness at 95 MPH". The book goes into detail about how he was able to use meditation and other methods to make the game easier. Green was also one of the rare Jewish professional players who was able to put his religion and profession together. I had the pleasure to talk to Green about his book and his career.
