(CBS DETROIT) - Michigan is giving up on its attempt to permanently ban flavored vaping products.
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services pulled back on the ban because they are working on quote an "alternative legislative solution" to address youth vaping.
This includes changing the age requirements to buy vaping products from 18 to 21.
