Roof Collapse At Tavern In Rochester Hills Leaves 3 Hospitalized

DETROIT (WWJ) - A roof collapsed at the Muldoon's Tavern on Auburn Road near South Adams Road in Rochester Hills injuring at least three people.

Sgt. Steve Kramer, with the Oakland County Sheriff's Department, says three people have been hospitalized with injuries.

"A caller called 911 and reported that the roof had just collapsed in the bar - that there were at least three people injured -- a few of the people were reported with laserations to the head," said Kramer.

Two other people were injured, but didn't require hospitalization. Kramer says fire crews have ruled out a structural problem, but an engineer has been called out to investigate the incident.
