Police Find Missing Dementia Patient

CANTON (WWJ) - Canton police say Norman Dancy, the missing dementia patient, has been located.

The 72-year old was reported missing Friday afternoon after leaving the Canton Public Library located along Canton Center Road just south of Cherry Hill Road in his vehicle. Dancy was located just before 1 p.m. Saturday.

Dancy was driving a 2016 Red Ford Fusion with Michigan license plate "BEK 7827."

He's described as a while male, 5'8" tall and 175 lbs, with green eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing jeans and a gray t-shirt.
