Pat Caputo: Three Bright Spots In An Otherwise Bad Lions' Season

The Lions are 4-11 heading into their season finale vs. the Bears, so there aren't many bright spots. But these are three:

1. Calvin Johnson - He deserves far better than playing on this awful team.

2. Chris Houston - A very good cover cornerback who, for the most part, has done well when left alone on an island against some of the NFL's best receivers.

3. Joique Bell - For an undrafted free agent who has bounced around, Bell has become a remarkably effective running back. Neither that big nor fast, he nonetheless has a knack for running through tackles inside, and making defenders miss in the open field
