The hypocrisy of big-time college athletics is mind-boggling, isn't it?
Take the case of the University of Michigan and embattled head football coach Rich Rodriguez.
Tuesday, Michigan announced its self-imposed sanctions for clearly violating the NCAA's practices rules.
The Wolverines, under Rodriguez's watch, became "Graduate Assistants Gone Wild."
It wasn't good. Nobody is saying it is, but it could have been worse.
