Missing Clawson Man David "Taco" Bell Found Safe

CLAWSON (WWJ) - Police say a missing Clawson man who goes by the nickname "Taco" has been found safe.

Family members filed a missing persons report when they became worried about 29-year-old David "Taco" Bell of Clawson, who suffers from depression, after he left his Clawson home without his keys, bike, truck and other personal belongings. To disappear without telling anyone was was completely out of character for him, they said.

Police told WWJ Newsradio 950 on Friday that he was found and is uninjured. They did not say where and did not release any further details.

Crime Stoppers of Michigan on Wednesday had offered a $2,500 reward for tips in the case after he'd been missing for nearly two weeks.
