At 22-years old, Miley Cyrus is one of the most well-known people in the world.
I won't lie, last year when Miley came to the Palace of Auburn Hills I went to the show. I actually really enjoyed it.
Cyrus went on a Late Night talk show Wendesday appearing to be fully clothed, but when she spread her arms and the world could see she was wearing nothing but pasties.
It seems like she knows what she is doing at all times and I think she is brilliant. People will be talking and that seems to be exactly what she wants.
