Micro Machine Appoints New CEO
KALAMAZOO -- Kalamazoo-based Micro Machine Co., a manufacturer of complex medical instruments, this week announced the appointment of Clive Scott as its new CEO.
Scott, who brings over 20 years of diverse leadership experience in the orthopedic market, will succeed Larry Dehart, who will remain on the company's board of directors.
Scott will build upon the growth, success and reputation the company achieved under Mr. Dehart's leadership. Scott brings more than 20 years of operations, quality, sales and product development experience to Micro Machine.
As senior vice president of R&D and operations at Ascension Orthopedics, Scott launched several new innovative products and led product development, quality and operations, as well as managed research efforts in the development of new materials applications.

Micro Machine is a precision contract manufacturer of medical products principally to the orthopedic and spinal industries. The company specializes in the production of high-quality, close tolerance instruments, tools and implants used by orthopedic, spinal and medical device industry.
