Made In Detroit Scholarship
Detroit's Kid Rock is teaming up with Wayne State University to establish a scholarship for music students at the school.
The $25,000 scholarship is being funded through sales of a limited edition t-shirt, jointly created and marketed by Wayne State and Kid Rock's Made In Detroit Clothing Company.
The scholarship is open to full or part time undergrad or grad students majoring in music. A minimum grade point average is not required, but recipients must demonstrate financial need and be Michigan residents.
Students can apply for Kid Rock's Made In Detroit Scholarship at this link: http://www.cfpca.wayne.edu/madeindetroit.pdf.
