Detroit Lions RB Joique Bell is very confident heading into the 2015 season.
"I'm going to rush for over 1,200 yards." Bell told MLive.com.
He explained, "That's the minimum. If I do less than that, I'll be surprised. I'll be disappointed. Anything more than that, I wouldn't be surprised at all."
I wouldn't be "surprised" either… I'd be shocked!
There were a total of 6 NFL RBs last season that rushed for over 1,200 yards: Demarco Murray, Le'Veon Bell, LeSean McCoy, Marshawn Lynch, Justin Forsett and Arian Foster. Bell rushed for 860.
The Detroit Lions, as a team, rushed for 1,422 yards last season, which ranked 28th in the NFL.
I like Joique's confidence, but I simply have no idea how he would possibly rush for 1,200 yards alone next season.
Would you be surprised if he ran for over 1,200?
