Go-Kart Ride Ends In Death For West Michigan Man
ALLEGAN COUNTY (AP) - In West Michigan, a 43-year-old man is killed while riding a go-kart.
The Allegan County sheriff's office says Junior Smith died after being struck by a car in the crash that happened early Saturday morning.
The 28-year old man who struck Smith won't be charged.
Witnesses say the go-kart was driving without lights.
