Federal Judge Dismisses General Motors' Racketeering Lawsuit
(CBS DETROIT) - A federal judge dismissed General Motors' racketeering lawsuit against Fiat Automobiles.
This comes after an Appeals Court overturned an order for both CEOs to have a meeting.
GM filed the lawsuit last November, accusing Fiat of participating in a bribing scandal involving the United Auto Workers.
