Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy Hiring IT Staff

FLINT -- Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy makes  it their mission to keep patients healthier longer. To continue to provide the best possible customer care, Phil Hagerman, president and CEO, is committed to ensuring that the company's IT Department is also world class.

Diplomat's Information Technology department currently employs 35 people and now need s to hire 20 additional team members. The new positions pay anywhere from $50,000 to more than $100,000 a year.

"We've recently hired Jeanne Ann Stasny as vice president to provide vision and direction for our IT Department," said Hagerman. "We've also brought in Jennifer Cretu as senior director to manage the day-to-day operations. Our leadership team is in place and now we need more qualified people to join the team."

Prior to joining Diplomat, Stasny was market director and general manager for Wal-Mart's National Mail Specialty pharmacy business, building an operating infrastructure to improve customer experience while improving operating efficiency costs. She also served in several leadership roles with Medco Health Solutions, improving quality and operating efficiency as well as implementing a new technology platform and one of the first "therapeutic centers." Prior to that, Stasny worked with decentralized clinical pharmacy practice for a nonprofit hospital system, St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Milwaukee, and was a vice president for Foxmeyer Health's Carestream division implementing new patient centered workflow and technology systems.

Before joining Diplomat, Cretu was the senior business manager of pharmacy and vision for, where she was accountable for delivering against a significant P&L through the management of products and services, customer experience and external partnerships. In this role she executed the launch of the mobile pharmacy service, redesign of the pharmacy account experience and drove breaking returns in social media and paid search. Prior to this role, she served as the business strategy manager for Hewlett Packard where she was responsible for the execution and growth of the Extended Printing Solutions division.

Michigan-based Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, founded in 1975, serves patients nationwide as the country's largest privately held specialty pharmacy and focuses on complete medication management programs for patients with serious and chronic conditions.
