Chicks Rule NCAA Pool And Other Stuff
As many of you heard us talk about the last few weeks, I run an NCAA pool. And once again the results prove you don't have to know a ton about sports.First of all I won first place, so that is proof enough that idiots can win these things. However, places 2nd,3rd, and 4th were chicks. Thats right broads, dames, and babes. Unfortunately for one of them only the first three places got prize money. And that unlucky 4th place finisher was our own Sara who lost out by one measly point. Sorry Sara.
Speaking of the NCAA tournament. Obviously it was a highly contested and close game ,but how can a game where a team goes over eight minutes in the second half be considered amazing. For the second straight game Butler shot under 35 percent. Give credit to the defenses and intensity, but excuse me for wanting to see a little offense.
I bet Calihan Hall will be rocking when Butler comes to town to take on U of D next season.
Nice to see the Tigers win the opener without a great game from Justin Verlander.
I am vacationing in New York City with my family for spring break. New York in the springtime is unbelievable. Great walking and attractions. The people watching is fun. I can't understand how many people can just sit on the bleachers in Times Square with nothing going on.
Donovan McNabb a Redskin. My Philly blood is boiling. Just admit you are in rebuilding mode. Why can't teams admit that. Seeing him play for Dan Snyder is sickening.
Like the Rob Sims trade for the Lions. He is a solid player and should help tons.
Good thing Chris Osgood was not rusty the other day.
I will be back Friday,Live from Hockeytown Cafe for the home opener with Bill and Sara. Come on by.
