The food truck is available for hire and does graduation parties, corporate lunches/events and tailgating, and is available for sporting events and block parties as well. You can follow it on Twitter and Facebook to find out its location for the day, or check the website, which has its Twitter feed. Green Zebra is owned by Katie Berschback and Jim Pearce, who have 20 years of restaurant and catering experience between them. Their truck is a 1990 Ford E-350 step van, and in another reincarnation it was a SWAT van in Alabama, which is why its current nickname is "Sarge." Green Zebra's menu is varied and includes salads, sandwiches, soups, sides and drinks. On any given day, it can be found in Detroit, Troy, Warren or other places throughout the Metro area. Green Zebra is also available for catering.
