While the Zingerman's empire is well known in Ann Arbor - its deli, especially - some do not know that it also has a bakehouse, located on Plaza Dr. near the Briarwood Mall area. You can click here to see the bakehouse's list of Jewish pastries, as some rotate throughout the year, and its macaroons would be perfect for Passover. The chocolate orange torte, if it returns by March/April, would also be a good choice, as it's made from matzo meal. Make sure to check out Zingerman's other desserts (such as its rugelach or mandelbread) during the non-Passover parts of the year, as well.
