11-11-11 Baby A Surprise Blessing

ROYAL OAK (WWJ) - Many people planned special events for 11-11-11, but one local woman got something she didn't plan -- a brand new baby girl.

Syvannah Marie White was not expected to arrive until December 5, but weighing in at an even 6 lbs., she made her way into the world a couple of weeks early.

She arrived at 5:53 a.m. on Friday at Royal Oak's Beaumont Hospital.

Clinton Township mom Delana Conley told WWJ's Chrystal Knight that, at first, her husband didn't respond when she told him it was about that time.

But, when he finally realized what was going on: "He jumped up like Spider Man, like 'Oh, oh! Where's my phone? Call my mom, call 9-1-1 ... where's my pants?'"

Conley had this message for all women who gave or will give birth on this popular numbers day.

"I would just like to say congratulations to all the moms who just had a baby today, whether its a boy, whether it's a girl, they're all blessings," she said.

Both mom and baby are doing well.
