Denver judge holds hearing on warrantless arrests by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents
A federal judge in Denver is hearing from ICE agents about their practice of warrantless arrests. Several people who brought that lawsuit forward were arrested or detained and held by ICE in Colorado.
