Both Sides Set To Meet On Sixth Day Of Worker Strike Amid Dispute With King Soopers
(CBS4) -- Negotiations are set to resume Monday afternoon between King Soopers and UFCW Local 7, the union representing workers striking for the sixth day.
Workers have said the strike will continue until their demands are met. They have been asking for a starting pay of $18.56/hour and hazard pay.
The grocer's last offer was starting pay around $16/hour.
The two sides are set to meet at 3 p.m.
