Steele Street Ramp To Westbound I-70 Closed Through Next Summer
DENVER (CBS4)- The Steele Street on ramp to westbound Interstate 70 is closed through next summer. The closure went into place at 5:30 a.m. Monday.
The closure will allow crews to safely demolish and rebuild the ramp as part of the Central 70 Project. When the ramp reopens nex year, it will bring drivers to a new section of I-70 that will no longer be elevated.
The suggested detour for drivers is Colorado Boulevard.
