More Apartments, Retail Space Coming To Stapleton
DENVER (CBS4)- Construction is being planned to expand Denver's Stapleton neighborhood.
Phase 1 of the new project will be built on five blocks near the Central Park Station for the A Line.
The plans include a six-story office building, apartments and retail space.
Phase 2 will bring condominiums, retail and a hotel.
Construction on the project is scheduled to begin next year.
