DENVER (CBS4)- One woman is on a mission to get every bit of what she pays for, at least when it comes to beauty and cleaning products.

Getting around packaging problems are a passion for retiree Mary Rasmussen. When she ran out of her favorite lotion, instead of throwing it away, she took scissors to the bottle. Inside, she found enough lotion to last her another month.
