State Sen. Randy Baumgardner To Retire
DENVER (CBS4)- Republican state Sen. Randy Baumgardner is retiring. He was nearly expelled from the state Legislature after an aide accused him of inappropriately touching her.
An outside investigator determined the aide's story was more credible than not.
Baumgardner, who represents rural northwestern Colorado, denied the accusations.
