Coyote Attacks, Kills Dog In Parker
PARKER, Colo. (CBS4) - A coyote attacked and killed a dog earlier this week outside a home in Douglas County.
It's a sad reminder sent out by the Parker Police Department to keep an eye on pets and keep them safe.
The deadly attack happened southeast of Parker Road and E-470.
Officers are reminding people to keep pets on a short leash, and be especially careful from dusk through dawn when coyotes are most active.
