Officer-Involved Shooting During Suspect Arrest At Hobby Lobby
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)- A shooting inside a Hobby Lobby store in Colorado Springs on Friday had customers taking cover.
The El Paso County Sheriff's office confirmed that one of their deputies was trying to arrest a suspect inside the store located at 525 S. 8th Street when the deputy shot the suspect.
The suspect has been identified as a 48-year-old white male. The deputy was not hurt.
An investigation into the shooting continued Friday night.
