Mines Student Rescued After Getting Stuck In Cave
DENVER (CBS4) - A student who was exploring a cave with friends in Clear Creek Canyon had to be rescued on Sunday.
The male student attends Colorado School of Mines, and the incident did not happen during a school-sponsored event.
He and 11 other students were exploring an old mine when it happened. He got stuck on the way out but wasn't hurt.
Rescue crews had to secure the cave before pulling out the student safely.
