Matthew Dolloff, Former Security Guard Charged In Shooting Death Of Protester, To Appear In Court Friday
DENVER (CBS4) - The former security guard accused of killing a protestor last October is set to appear in court on Friday morning for an arraignment. Matthew Dolloff is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting of Lee Keltner, during a patriot muster rally. He was working as an armed guard for 9News at the time.
The arraignment for Dolloff has been postponed several times as his attorneys have asked for more evidence from prosecutors.
Dolloff is expected to claim self-defense.
