Staying Warm and Adding a Chance for a Storm

By Ed Greene

DENVER (CBS4) - Tuesday Denver warmed back into the 90s: right at 90 downtown and 91 degrees officially at the airport. The warm-up continues on Wednesday as we push into the low to mid 90s under mostly sunny skies. Another weak cold front will push through on Thursday and that will drop us back into the mid 80s and we'll add a chance for a late isolated storm. Then little change in the forecast for Friday, back into the mid 80s.

Another warm-up begins on Saturday as we climb back into the low 90s - maybe a late isolated storm and little change for Sunday - except a few degrees warmer - into the mid 90s. The hot weather continues into next week with the chance to approach that 100 degree mark!
