Frozen Dead Guy Days To Continue Under New Ownership
NEDERLAND, Colo. (CBS4) - Nederland's Frozen Dead Guy Days will continue under new ownership.
After 10 years the Nederland Chamber of Commerce sold the festival after they determined it costs to much to run.
Amanda McDonald bought the festival. She has organized the past three festivals.
The "Parade of Hearses," frozen salmon tossing and coffin races drew 15,000 people last March.
Frozen Dead Guy Days celebrates a Norwegian native who died in 1989 and his body has been preserved in dry ice in a shed in Nederland.
