CDOT Puts new Gazex Avalanche Mitigation System To Work On Loveland Pass
LOVELAND PASS, Colo. (CBS4) - The Colorado Department of Transportation put their new Gazex avalanche mitigation system to work on Loveland Pass on Sunday.
Explosions are triggered remotely to prevent dangerous snow build-up.
Avalanche danger is expected to rise with a lot more snow on the way.
