Bicycle Thief Captured On Security Video
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver hope to find a man who broke into a garage and stole two bicycles.
The man was captured on security video breaking into a garage near 6th and Galapago last week. The man then stole two bikes.
Police said the man has distinctive tattoos.
