Recipes in the class include a flourless (and gluten-free) chocolate torte soufflé, chocolate truffles and a dairy-free chocolate mousse. Taught out of her home kitchen, Chef Debbie Devore brings in Chef Jenny Park for a tour of Asian cuisines, all perfect for a vegetarian and vegan diet. The six-week course incudes everything from spring rolls and nori cones to Asian pickling, Bahn Mi, Korean side dishes and more. It all ends with a grocery market tour of one of Denver's biggest Asian supermarkets and dinner with a traditional vegetarian Bi Bim Bop in a rustic stone cooking pot.
