Andrew Haubner is a reporter for CBS News Colorado. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder and many years later Andrew remains a proud Buff.

His career in journalism started at KTWO-TV in Casper, Wyoming. There he learned the "Buckhorn Roll" and covered everything from Cheyenne Frontier Days to Josh Allen's star turn on the Wyoming Cowboys football team.

After that he headed to Eugene, Oregon, to lead the sports department at KEZI-TV. There, he covered Rose Bowls and Fiesta Bowls, the College World Series and the NCAA Women's Final Four. His next role was reporting at CBS News Sacramento, where he covered everything from an earthquake in Humboldt County to the Sacramento Kings playoff runs.

Andrew is glad to be back where it all began in Colorado. In addition to his reporting across the state, he is a Your Reporter for Jefferson County. He's glad to be telling stories that are important to viewers in a populous county that includes part of the the Denver metro area and also stretches into the foothills.

Andrew is a former competitive mogul skier. He competed on Winter Park's freestyle team before trading in the skis and poles for a microphone and camera.

He and his wife, Natalia, and their dogs Daisy and Peach can be found enjoying walks in the park, playing a couple of rounds of golf or trying new bars and restaurants. Got a recommendation? Let him know!
