NB I-25 Reopens After Fatal Rollover Accident
NORTHGLENN, Colo. (CBS4) - A fatal rollover accident that took place Tuesday morning led to a closure of all lanes of northbound Interstate 25 for several hours.
The crash happened at approximately 6 a.m. at 104th.
Police in Northglenn say witnesses told officers a pickup was speeding in the HOV lane and struck another pickup from behind. One truck rolled over.
The driver of the speeding truck died at the crash scene. Two people in the other truck were not seriously injured.
The crash also caused slowdowns in the southbound lanes of I-25.
All lanes were reopened about 9:10 a.m. after the crash was cleared.
