WHAT A SUPER WEEK OF SPECIALS! Don't miss any of these specials leading up to Super Bowl 50 on CBS4 Sunday 2/7 at 4PM
The week of 2/1/16 – CBS4 NEWS will be there in San Francisco, keeping you up-to-date on everything to do with the Broncos trip to Super Bowl 50!
Tuesday 2/2 7-9PM THE SUPER BOWL'S GREATEST COMMERCIALS 2016 – Our annual special will celebrate 50 years of great Super Bowl commercials with a top 50 countdown culminating in an announcement of the greatest Super Bowl commercial of all time. It is hosted by Boomer Esiason, Analyst for CBS Sports' NFL pre-game show THE NFL TODAY, and Katharine McPhee, star of the CBS drama SCORPION. (NCIS will air 9-10PM that night)
Friday 2/5 8-10PM THE SUPER BOWL'S GREATEST HALF-TIME SHOWS – Who do you think was the greatest entertainer during a Super Bowl's halftime show? Join narrator Chris O'Donnell for highlights and interviews.
Saturday 2/6 11A-12PM CBS NFL Films Special/NFL HONORS PREVIEW – Who will be names the best of the best, and who will go into the Hall of Fame? Five of the 25 semi-finalists this year are former Broncos: Terrell Davis, John Lynch, Ty Law, Karl Mecklenburg and Steve Atwater! Will this be the year they make it in??
Saturday 2/6 6-7PM DRIVE TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP SATURDAY – The CBS4 Sports Teams brings you up-to-date on the latest with The Super Bowl on Sunday and what the team and fans are doing before the big game.
Saturday 2/6 7-8PM THE SUPER BOWL'S GREATEST COMMERCIALS ALL-STAR COUNTDOWN - A new special hosted by ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT'S co-host Kevin Frazier from Pier 48 in San Francisco will be a Super Bowl Commercial celebration where Frazier will take viewers through the top 10 spots revealed in the SUPER BOWL'S GREATEST COMMERCIALS 2016 special and offer sneak peeks of the highly anticipated commercials to air during CBS's SUPER BOWL 50.
Saturday 2/6 8-10PM THE 5th ANNUAL NFL HONORS – includes announcement of this year's inductees into the NFL Hall of Fame The National Football League will recognize its best players, performances and plays from the 2015 season. Joined by current and former players, along with host Conan O'Brien, the Associated Press will announce its annual accolades in an awards show format. NFL HONORS, which debuted four years ago in Indianapolis, is now an annual event from the Super Bowl city the evening before the AFC and NFC champions meet to kick off SUPER BOWL 50. The newest Pro Football Hall of Fame class will be announced during the show, with the Class of 2016 appearing on stage at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.

Sunday 2/7 9-10AM CBS NFL Films Special/SUPER BOWL 50: BEFORE THEY WERE PROS –showcases the impact of high school football across America by following current and former NFL players (including Peyton Manning) who made it to the pinnacle of their sport, the Super Bowl, as they go back to the communities that helped shape them into men of high character.
Sunday 2/7 10-11AM THE ROAD TO THE SUPER BOWL – Another of NFL Films' classic looks at how the 2 teams made it to the Big Game!
Sunday 2/7 12-4PM THE SUPER BOWL TODAY – Our live pre-game show with all sorts of stars and features!
Followed, of course, by SUPER BOWL 50 live from Santa Clara, CA as the Denver Broncos meet the Carolina Panthers!
