2 Treated For Smoke Inhalation After Fire Breaks Out At Pet Crematorium

DENVER (CBS4) - Firefighters helped two people escape from a fire that broke out at a pet crematorium in Denver on Monday.

Crews treated the pair for smoke inhalation at the business located at 6767 East 39th Avenue.

Firefighters stopped the flames from spreading to surrounding businesses but some of the equipment inside the crematorium was damaged.

A fire official says residue in the flu may have caught fire but investigators are looking into the exact cause.
