Control of Congress is still up in the air, after Democrats appeared to fend off a "red wave" in Tuesday's midterm elections. While Republicans may still take control of the House, political science professor Stephen Caliendo said the big winner might be Republicans who don't want to be aligned with former President Donald Trump.
