In the newly-redrawn 11th Congressional District in the west and northwest suburbs, veteran Democrat Bill Foster is facing a challenge from Republican Catalina Lauf – who claims Foster’s views don’t jibe with the newly-redrawn district. CBS 2 Streaming Anchor Brad Edwards talked to both candidates.
