Two months into Chicago immigration crackdown, feds face new court-ordered restrictions

A judge on Thursday ordered federal agents in Chicago to restrain their use of force in the ongoing immigration enforcement effort, Operation Midway Blitz. The ruling came a day after another judge ordered improved conditions at the ICE processing center in Broadview.
