Teen released as prosecutors weigh charges in shooting of toddler on West Side

Police said Friday a teen has been charged in connection with the shooting of a 2-year-old boy on the West Side, but the case took a curious turn when the teen appeared in court, and prosecutors said they're not ready yet to file charges.
