Supreme Court hears arguments on transgender athlete bans

The Supreme Court is hearing arguments on Tuesday over whether laws from Idaho and West Virginia that ban transgender athletes from participating in girls' and women's sports violate the Constitution's guarantee of equal protection and the landmark law known as Title IX.
