St. Patrick's Day parade festivities face threat of strong winds on Saturday

Potentially severe storms headed for the Chicago area Friday night come as crowds of people are headed downtown for St. Patrick's Day weekend celebrations. While any severe storms should be gone by the time the Chicago River is dyed green and Saturday's downtown parade kicks off, strong winds will still be blowing through.
